The system includes one fully configurable ZDL-IPW5LW touchscreen video doorbell and one 10-inch ZDL-IPW10WC Smart Intercom Monitor, delivering an elevated user experience with crystal-clear video, intuitive touch control, and powerful expansion capabilities.

When a visitor interacts with the ZDL-IPW5LW touchscreen doorbell, a live video call is instantly sent to the ZDL-IPW10WC monitor, where users can see, talk, and record guest calls. With multiple monitors installed, the system supports room-to-room video communication, room-to-door communication, and the ability to call specific monitors—ideal for large homes or multi-unit layouts.

Both the doorbell and monitor support PoE (Power over Ethernet) via a network switch or 12VDC power as an alternative, giving installers maximum flexibility. Using the subscription-free mobile app, users can manage guest calls remotely, receive real-time notifications, view visitors, and unlock connected electric door locks from anywhere.
